I am trying to downgrade RB112 from v3.1 to v2.9.51 but I cant nothing is working , anyway I decided to downgrade due to the high CPU 100% all the time ..
If anyone can help me doing some stpes to move for V2.9.51 ..

By The way , I disabled all packages except system , routerboard , advanced tools but still the same .. I am using 2 mPCI cards .. first one is 600mW (XR2) and trhe other is 64mW senao .. I disabled and unplugged 64mW .. still the same ..
any solution you can help me with ..

Upgrade to version 3.9, that issue seems to be all fixed in this latest release.

P.S. To downgrade, FTP the version of RouterOS over to the router and issue the command /system package downgrade
It is fixed in 3.7 also. 3.8 and .9 seems to be quite buggy.
