Im interested can Mikrotik do queues based on amount of download i.e. you can set the limit to 256kbp and if user during the day reaches 200mb of dowload the spead drops at 128kbps.
ALso im interested in time scheduled queues i.e if user has 128kb limited download speed, then from 2am till 8am when network its not populated i would like to give them twice bigger speed.
This way i think i can statisfy heavy downloders, and make them download during night, and the network will be less populated during the day , cose they should sleep during day cose they were downloading all night LOL 
If this is posible to do it with the help of scripts, can someone post some examples or something cose im not script-literated.
