Download from files with read-only user

Hy!

I have a read-only permissions user who want to download a .txt file from Files menu. When I click on to download the file I get the following error: Could not download file - not permitted(9). How can I download it with read-only user? Can I create a new group?

I found the resolution, enable “ftp” on read group and you can download files from router.
