hello

i have winbox server set two wan each wan have 2048kbps downstream , i have user profile have no set to limit rate , i download via IDM direct link my speed is 100 Kbps . it suppose to be 400 kbps , i don’t know what is the issue of this problem how can i resolve it via winbox server
