you are very confused here.
RouterBOOT only goes to v2.18 in this model.
RouterOS is the one who has v4.12 and v3.30, but those are old versions, since you are already running v5.12 (much newer).
Basically both RouterOS and RouterBOOT are already at the newest version on your device. Nothing has to be done
