Download / Upload confucion & help

Hi!
Im confused with my new router RB2011UiAS about speed & traffic control!!!
Usually Download thats what I was thinking is actual data coming from WAN to local IP, but as I understand looking from RouterOS its Upload, correct!?
So WAN ->(download)-> Router ->(upolad) ->Local DHCP IP <------is this correct?
Also Queue simple without limits shows me speed around 5Mbps but actual PC download speed is 1.9 MB/s and when I looked at WAN is almost 20Mbps.
So I really confused where is the real numbers and what is wrong here.
I want to see what is real download speed to specific Local IP and what is the best way to limit it!?

Thanks for help & here is some screenshots

It looks roughly correct. Just notice that bits are not bytes. Also bytes on your pc are net bytes of downloaded file but the router shows bits with packet / frame overhead. And your link is probably 20/5 Mbits/s.

So what is the difference between NET bytes & packet/frame bytes?
How can I see actual real speed of NET bytes in router interface?

My Internet plan is 100Mbps speed - and that speed I have separated for entire house and different floors. Thats why I need to see real time speed so I can do some Simple Quotes and manage some balance & limits for speed.
(For example at my rental basement has second level router “WAN->RB2011->basement ASUS WIFI” I want to set MAX limit for that router of 30Mbps & Upload 3Mbps)
I tried that and looks like it’s working for browsing but Max Limit is not catching torrent downloads - any solution?

Here is one more example:

For explaining.. Think you are a router.

Upload. All traffic going out from you, maybe in lan or in wan

Download. All traffic coming to you…

Yes, I got that  But my problem is why does it show different speed !?
If you’ll at photo - PC Download speed shows 3.3 Mb/s but router shows Upload *which is the same Download) only 714 Kbps ?

If you computer show you 10 Mbps download…

you can see…

In simple queues…

download is download…

10 Mbps download, for the ip, group ip or something

and upload is upload for that…

in queue tree..

you need to specify the interfaces…

WAN for outgoing… or ppp or whatever…
and wireless, bridge, or eth2 master, etc for the download…

where are you looking it?

Look at uppef screenshots - you can see actual PC/IP download speed but when you looking the same IP in router - Simple Queues - Traffic - speed shows different!

Without a big analysis… I can see…

The WAN is downloading at about (Rx) 12 Mbps, and the Bridge Local & Eth2 master are sending ~ 12 Mbps.

This is the “same” for for download in the computer. = 1.9MBps

Now, a stupid question…

What is your IP configuration for the PC?

First, why don´t replace the simple queue with a queue for 192.168.1.0/24 and check it first…

PC IP - at router STATIC and PC end Auto.
Try to do Simple Queue for:
192.168.1.0 - nothing
192.168.1.0/24 - nothing
192.168.1.1 - nothing

And here is the same story again - INTERFACE LIST Shows WAN RX - TX speed to bridge local 20Mbps
Which is what I got downloading at Static PC at 2Mb/s.
Everything correct!
But when I do Simple Queue to see or control actual speed for specific PC or IP - instead of 2Mb/s it shoes only 712 Kbps
There must be something wrong.
Can someone please confirm if that’s working!?
IMPORTANT - I’m checking speed with P2P Torrent downloading and just Simple Queue without any limits - just to see actual speed per IP!
Thanks
