Download Used - Wrong Value

Every time I do “reset counters” and after just few hours or after 24 hours I see some user’s download used as high as 90Gig.

I am using OS 6 rc11

is there any solution to this problem?

after about 10 days, i urge to come back to the same question: Incorrect value of download used.

There must be a way to fix this problem and I seek the solution so is there anyone that has a word on this?

I must present subscribers a true download used when they ask for it.
