Can i block download on MT? zip, avi , rar .. etc
and to browsing still work ?
Well, I would like to know that also.
I have spent hours trying to do that, but no luck.
Tried with rules accepting packets from and to one ip address with Time count, burst limit etc. and after that i added rule to drop packets from the same IP.
No results.
Either I make browsing and download very bad or it works without problems.
I have tried with mangle, content etc. Nothing again 
Come on guys, if anybody actually acomplished that, help us out here.

Why would you block people from downloading ZIP-files?
No matter what reason, you would need a content filter to acheive this and (as far as I know) this is not a feature on RouterOS.
You can ofcourse block downloads on different ports than 80/21, but if you would like your users to surf and use FTP this is a no go.
