draft N Speed

Hi guys,

I have 2 router433 boards with R52N cards, each card has a 2.4GHz directional antenna. I followed the instructions here: http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Transparently_Bridge_two_Networks and the network is working very nice.

The problem however is that I don’t get draft N speeds. I only get 2.5MB/s on average but its very stable and constant. This is however slower than wifi G I think. Could you please tell me what I need to change or configure or just point me in the right direction.

Also I would recommend to use EOIP instead of WDS or MPLS:

Ok, I tried the setup here http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Transparently_Bridge_two_Networks_using_MPLS like uldis suggested. The network is working fine with this setup. I now get 3MB/s which is better but not yet n speed.

Does it perhaps have something to do with the fact that I am only using 1 2.4GHz antenna at each end?
