I have a cirrus logic CS8920 ethernet card,but mikrotik doesn’t have this driver in it.Any chance to add it?i have found some drivers for linux if it can help!?

If the driver is not on Driver List[1] the MT doesn’t work with this device.
You can’t add any driver.
