importan is that Mikrotik OS can recognise Giga ethernet model Realtek 8211CL-GR PHY
install from cd, insert supported lan card /8139, make supout rif, download and send to support@mikrotik.com
ethernet card drivers are not easy to add. you must wait until we include newer kernel version, and hope that this kernel supports your chipset.
