I got a RB951G-2hNS, which is already configured and working, but I can not make the dropbox work on any of the network workstations, not even the dropbox site can access.

Why would you need anything special…
Its like saying I cannot connect to my bank?
Isnt it just an https URL connection except to a storage facility??
Forgive me as I do not use this service.
You need to discard network and configurations issues on your workstations then move on to the router if it is a router misconfiguration then please be more verbose so we can help you.
Open new terminal and type export
Copy and paste this on this forum.
So we can look what wrong with your configuration.
Take first your pasword away from the configuration.
What routerboard model and RouterOs do you have?
