dual gateways

i have mikrotik running for my office where i have 2 DSL lines.
in mikrotik under IP>Routes>0.0.0.0/0 where you can specify your gateways, if i activate one gateway at a time my network works fine but as soon as i activate both gateways every now and then i loose connection internally and obviously for RDP users from exteral connections.

PLEASE can someone help me to fix this, i dont know what is causing it.

I have a thread that has been under discussion (http://forum.mikrotik.com/t/persistence-of-connection-packet-route-marks/17282/1) that may shed some light on this as it relates to multiple gateways … I think from your description the symptom may be similar.
