I have now really tried to be prepared for going to my customer tomorrow morning (7 hours from now) to put up this Router on their little special setup.
they have now allocated 5 public IP’s on their internet connection.
So I would really like to have all of the local computers to use one of the external IP Adresses for all their acces to the net. This includes to SBS2011 Server they have (This is what they have today, one Server(192.168.10.10), PPTP on the server, and all traffic running through this one WAN IP. (But a Linksys Stupid Router)
I would then like to add IP Address2 on the WAN Interface (This i do through the “IP - Address”) - And I then I in some way would like that the local server 192.168.10.11 uses this external IP for internet traffic, as I would like alle traffic to this IP to be forwarded to the local IP.
WAN IP1 → “The Standard IP for everything” - ports forwarded to 192.168.10.10
WAN IP2 → All traffic in / out to be forwarded to / from 192.168.10.11
Hope you get what I mean, and ANY help would be very much appreciated, so I dont have to stand as a fool for many hours tomorrow before getting it to work ![]()
