dual polarized antennas

I happen to have a couple of 2ft parabolic dual polarized antennas. I want to set up a 5mile PtP link with 532’s. and use two radio’s in each AP with Nstream to increase bandwidth. Can I use these antennas to connect both radios? does each radio have to be on a different channel or could I set them up on the same channel?

Mikrotik recommends at least 200MHz of separation in channels. So, you could use 5.2GHz on one polarity and 5.8GHz on the other.
