Dual uplinks from same ISP with same network ip address

Hello

I have two DHCP uplinks from same ISP, they will receive IP addresses in the same network, for example

wan1: 10.10.10.9/24
wan2: 10.10.10.10/24

I want to setup wan2 as mainly for VPN server/client connection, also backup for wan1. However, since my ISP has loop guard protection, their switch will disable my access once I activate both wan1/wan2 port. I have no idea what should I do to avoid the problem. Any suggestion?
