Dual WAN and static routes

Hi all,

finally my provider gave me a second line (dw 100/ up 20) that will be used for navigation , guest access , streaming etc.
Actually have an HDSL modem/router connected via MPLS with other offices. Can’t access or change the configuration of the HDSL modem / router.

How it’s working at the moment :

What I’m trying to do :

Mikrotik
Eth1(WAN1) : 192.168.10.10
Eth2(WAN2) : 192.168.100.2

HDSL Router
LAN IP : 192.168.10.254
DHCP Server : 192.168.10.2 - 192.168.10.250

FTTC Router
LAN : 192.168.100.1/30

Office B
IP : 192.168.99.XX

Office C
IP : 172.16.16.XX

Office D
IP : 172.16.10.XX

Don’t need Load Balancing. Just want to access from my main office to Office B, C, D and vice versa through Eth1(WAN1) and the Eth2(WAN2) will be used for navigation , streaming , guest access.
Can you help me how to setup Mikrotik ?

I look forward to it. Are there Mikrotik routers in the office b, c, and d?

Most routers of the MPLS are Cisco ( 1841 ).

The Clients in the main office (192.168.10.0/24) connect to a server in Office B (192.168.99.100) and an ERP in Office D ( 176.16.10.100) through the MPLS.
