Dual WAN Balancing w/ Failover. PCC without NAT?

Hello,

I’m currently looking to figure out how to get our 10+ CCR1036 Routers to load balance. Ideally, I’d like to get one WAN interface to do about 66% of the load and the other one at 33% since our main WAN is faster than our backup. Right now, I have the second WAN working as a failover in case the main one goes down via static route. I’ve come across this article for the PCC method but I’m not sure if this will work for us, as we use NAT on our Firewall, not on any of the Mikrotiks. http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:PCC

Below is a quick image I drew up on how our Network is setup:

So my question is: What is the best method, given the above setup, to set up 2 WAN Balancing w/ failover, without using NAT? Would I be going with the PCC method, would it work? Or would I be going in a different direction with another method altogether?

Thanks in advance for the help!
