I am running a Dual Wan load balancing setup with PCC.
I need to put a max limit on each WAN so that I can keep latency down. I need to cap both interfaces @ 29Mbps and not let them go over that. I can then queue each user @ 5Mbps x 5Mbps.

if we have dual wan then how we set max-limit to parent simple queue?
