Dual wan Configuration

Hi
i have dual WAN interface the first one have Fiber link with 4MB/4MB and the second one VSAT Internet with 8MB/1MB(Download/Upload) so how can i make the upload through Fiber link and the download through VSAT
my configuration ip for Mikrotik is :
the first interface is :wan1
the second interface is :wan2
the wan1 ip :82.205.134.95 gw 82.205.134.65
the wan2 ip :109.70.69.60 gw 109.70.69.45

You can control download only by setting up BGP to both ISPs and advertising your network.

Please i need configuration, coz im take upload from VSAT and Download from Fiber so i need to mirage this two lines on one mikrotik router

If possible send to me the configuration for it ASAP if possible
