Dual WAN Load Balancing depending on usage

Hello, im planning on getting a starlink because internet over vdsl is around 20 mbps. Because starlink has very high latency i was thinking if I put these two in a multi WAN config that they could cover each others weaknesses. When i need low latency i use vdsl, when i need high speeds for lets say downloads it switches to starlink. Is there any way that I can achieve this?

Hmm not really, you can setup PCC balancing to favour one over the other but thats hard wired into the config.
The only thing I can say off the top is to make a vlan for WIFI in the house and basically route all the traffic from that wifi through the desired WAN.
That way folks have a quick and dirty way to get to the other wan if the current one is not satisfactory…
