Dual WAN load balancing using PCC method. Problem!

Hi,
I have done Dual WAN load balancing using PCC method on rb750. The problem I am having is sometimes WAN1 drops out and sometimes WAN2.

To do a good loadbalancing every time I have to put a load on it for example play a youtube video and do browsing. Then it does a good balancing and uses both WAN’s.

So, is there any way to always get good load balancing without putting a load on it.

Thanks.

I cannot see how PCC would take account on load. It just compares source-destination info to calculate. Load is not part of equation.

my issue is it seems working but only wan1 route mark seems marked on the connnections and not wan2 mark, someone help

Not helpful.
a. provide network diagram
b. identify all users/devices including admin
c. detail all the traffic they need to execute.

Ensure you cover off
WAN Connections, type (static/dynamic), (public/private IP).
External Users coming in to use servers YES.NO plus details, which WAN
Internal Users using servers behind router YES.NO
Any users coming into router via VPN YES.NO plus details which WAN
Any internal users Have to go out to internet on specific WAN, plus details.

/export file=anynameyouwish (minus router serial number, any public WANIP information, keys, dhcp lease lists )

Sounds like your PC setup is working but not distributing traffic evenly when idle. That is pretty common PCC balances based on active connections, so if there is little traffic, one WAN may look unused. You can try adding connection tracking tweaks or use Netwatch scripts to monitor and rebalance automatically.

Hmmm.
