I would like to configure a policy based route to send http traffic over one wan link and all other traffic over a second link.
I have two wan connections (one a low latency service (30ms) one a high latency service (900 ms)
I would like to utilise both links and send all http traffic over the low latency wan link unless the link is down.
I have a routerboard 750GL.
Wan link one is a DSL service but delivers around a 2 meg connection.
Wan link two is a satellite connection and delivers around 18 meg but is high latency.
I have read many examples of load balancing but this configuration will not help my design.
I would like to use port 1 for ADSL, port 2 for VSAT and port 3,4 and 5 as LAN ports.
Both Wan interfaces will be DHCP clients and the LAN side will be a DHCP server
Has anyone an example configuration.
