I have a wireless link between offices, 50m apart where fiber is not an option.
There are 20 users at the Remote Office sharing the wireless link, they also will use their IP phones from time to time.
The users will run a web application to the server across the road at the Main Office.
The client would like to have a second wireless link as a “fallback” link in the event of a failure on the Primary wireless link.
Now, what is the way forward? Should we share the bandwidth over 2 wireless links and have a MikroTik router set to share/balance the load?
OR will the MikroTik router cause a bottleneck in the overall performance?
I have read the link http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Setup_Dual_Wireless_Link_with_OSPF but not sure if this is the most effective solution.
If the solution requires some specialist knowledge at a cost, please pm me
Thanks
Mike
