First of all I am a very new user as of yesterday. The product looks great and I believe it can help out with some Network Monitoring if I just get a few issues out of the way, so if anyone can help me, that would be great.
The main “Local” map and all devices appear. I have gone in also underneath Local, and added in each of our separate 17 Subnets or so to do the auto scan at set intervals, but none of the maps appear when I double click on the map for that particular subnet. I looked at the properties of the local map, and made the others the same, but still no luck.
How can I get my other subnet maps to display as right now I am at a loss as only local is showing? I am to the point to trying to add for auto scans, all the subnets I created, but add them to the “Local” map for Auto Scanning. And when I added one subnet, that subnets devices showed up in the local map, but not on it’s own individual map so I can differentiate the subnets/ devices.
I am a newby, but if someone can help I would appreciate it. Thanks Bob
