Dude "client" on a RouterBoard

Hi all,

I noticed that the dude package is now available on Routeboards.
I installed it, and it wiped my existing config

From my understanding, basically this is just a Routerboard package to turn a Routerboard into a Dude server.
Is this correct ?

Is there someway to use it as a Dude Client to probe other Devices and send back the info to the Master Server, what I mean by this is to have it probe an internal network which is inaccessible to the Dude Server without a bunch of port forwards.
Eg: Dude Server > Internet > Routerboard Dude Client > Local Network > Private IP addressed MT Radios.

Hope that makes sense.

Regards,
Ross.

We do that to not only probe private addresses behind a firewall, but also to offload probes to a local server keeping link traffic down. Add a local user into the routerboard dude server or dude client, and then add it into your main Dude Server configuration under โ€œAgentsโ€.
