Dude crashing on Execute on server.

Ok, so to send a SMS via our API script im having The DUDE open a URL with the execute on server (or locally)
it opens the webpage, sends the sms. then crashes…

4.0beta3 ACCESS VIOLATION at: 7716a080

any thoughts / ideas?
