The size of the background shape is determined by the size of what it contains. In the example you have shown I would reduce the font size of the text to make the containing shape smaller.
unfortunately even with the smaller and few text, its size doesnt shrink less. I was hoping to customize the scale as required. it seems not possible.
actually i wanted to add 24 ports switch in a row but wanted to have them small sized.
