Dude finds devices on Broadcast address

Hey Everyone,

I did a scan with Dude on the 20-30 users Wi-Fi network, and it found an access point on a .255 /24 broadcast address. Is that normal? And is it really an AP there!?

I did continuous ping to .255, and it’s 1-2ms, but sometimes jumps to 7ms.

If I use PortQuery tool on .255, it actually shows as “http” service is available on that IP. And if i do tracert to .255, other random network devices IP’s come back…

I tried the scanning my other networks with Dude, and it didn’t find anything on .255.

What the heck!? Did anyone see anything like this? Is it normal behavior?

Thanks in advance!
