Is there an estimated release date for the Dude for v7?

And would that have any major differences from the v6?

I think he’s missing the Dude Server… I am for my “RB1100AHx4 Dude Edition” .

Yeah I mean the server running on routeros. Not the client. In the meantime I wonder how come they have a client without a server in the same version!

I also missing The Dude Server. I bought two 5009 devices with the thought that I would put The Dude server there, but it turned out not possible because:

  1. It does not go downgrade to 6.x
  2. There is no The Dude server for 7.x
    I am in a spot because the main intention to buy 5009 was to put there The Dude Server.

pfff yes for now just get yourself a cloud vm and install 6.latest…
unfortunately it is not ready… I hope that we will get something or some information soon

The Dude package is available for ROS 7 on the supported chipsets and is included in the “Extra packages” download.
