Anyone come across this problem. I have an RB2011 in the field. I recently uninstalled the dude and uploaded the dude npk and rebooted the router but it will not install. in the log it shows the following error
system, error installation of dude-4.0beta3 failed: could not create dude/lib/libpango-1.0.so: File exists
How can I remotely remove that file or remotely force the install anyway ?
Anyone know How i can manually delete that file. It is very important to be able to get this done as all services are down with out the dude
I have tried installing the newest firmware in hopes that it would delte the file but it doesnt. This seams pretty fubar that we dont have the ability to delete system files that cause issues like this.
I am looking for a solution that involves not having to ship the router back in house in order to netinstall a clean install on it.
