Dude Installation

Dear Colleagues,

I have install dude and after installation, my devices go red. I can ping all subnets and networks but don’t know why I’m having such issue. I have used Dude 4.0 beta1 for such.

Which probe do you setup on on your device and what is their status?

Device → Right click → Settings → Services

I used ping which is a ICMP protocol.

I can ping all devices I added to my dude. My issue is all devices goes red 10 mins right after adding them to the dude.

I will do a continuous ping for the whole day and those devices are reachable but pinging them through the dude won’t be reachable

We use Dude v6.
May you try a latest beta - 4.0 beta3 (dude-install-4.0beta3.exe)?

This is old Windows version bug/feature. Summary recommendation - try to launch Dude with Administrator. But it was not works for me in Domain and I simply check other services. Now we use DudeV6 - ping works perfect.

I am using Dude V4.0 Beta3 and like you guys said, I will lunch dude as an admin and get back to you guy.

I lunched Dude as an Admin but still issue isn’t resolved and morever I’m using dude Version 4.0 beta3.
