So a few months ago I transitioned from the 4.x beta version of the Dude to the 6.3x version hosted on a CCR. I started noticing that I would make changes during the day, but upon returning the next day at work, the maps and devices looked as though I never made those changes. Fast forward to present..
I started completely over thinking there was some issue importing the old database into the newer versions. So two weeks ago I installed a fresh build of the dude at 6.39, manually built all the maps and devices (there are no automated network discoveries) and thought that would resolve any random issues of not saving the changes. Yesterday I made a few map changes and when I opened it this morning, the maps were set to 2 days ago as if I had never made any changes whatsoever.
We have 4 techs in the office that all use the 6.39 dude client and when one of us makes a change, the others are updated right away but I cannot determine why I loose changes sometimes.
Any ideas?
