/dude missing

Hi

I’ve installed the dude on a CCR2004-1G-12S+2XS with Version 6.47.7 by using following manual:
https://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:The_Dude_v6/Installation

After I checked, that the package is activated and has same version as the system I tried to access /dude:

> /dude print
bad command name dude (line 1 column 2)

Searched this forum for any problems related to this, but didn’t find any. Reinstalled dude with no difference.
I tried Version 6.48beta48 and 6.47.6 with same outcome.
I even reloaded the backup configuration on the router and reinstalled dude.

I can access Winbox, but using the dude client I get the status message “no dude package”.

Did I miss anything?

What do you see on the main menu with Winbox?

Attached a screenshot of the main menu.

I think the CCR2004-1G-12S + 2XS does not support the dude.

It looks like the dude server was introduced with version 6.47.0 for arm64 (CCR2004). I can’t see any indication, why it shouldn’t be supported. So if I didn’t do anything wrong, I’ll have to open a ticket then.

If you know anything let me know if you want.

Hello, this is the answer from Mikrotik.

Thank you for contacting MikroTik Support.

The support will be added in future ROS releases. Please keep checking for changelogs.

Greatings

Thanks for letting me know! Will have to wait for it then.
