I am currently using CHR v7.16.2 (stable) virtualized on Proxmox 8.x with a P1 license. I have 21 network maps and over 855 monitored devices without any major issues. I am utilizing ping, SNMP, SSH, HTTP probes, among others. The VM has a base disk of 100MB for CHR and an external disk of 16GB for The Dude’s data, with 2GB of RAM and 1 vCPU.
If you are experiencing performance issues, it might be related to the license. Initially, I faced significant slowdowns with the free license, but after upgrading to P1, I no longer encountered any problems.
