With no clear idea when will Dude Server v7.x be available, I have no monitoring solution for my Mikrotik right now.
Anyone can recommend a good alternative that I can use in the interim?
Seems to be pretty hard to find one that has the same functionality with the small footprint of The Dude
As others have said, the dude works fine on a cheap hEX. Database can be on a USB-stick or USB-SSD. That’s the way I decided to keep the dude server.

Personally i use Dude and also Zabbix to monitor my Networks…
To monitor RouterOS v7.x routers or add RouterOS v7.x routers as agents, don’t you need Dude server to be on v7.x as well?
Haven’t tested it yet, but AFAIK you don’t need v7-server to monitor v7-clients. Keep the server on v6.
