I was happily using ver. 2.0B4 and started to build a nice setup of part of our network in this version (look here for export images, in Danish but You’ll get the picture): http://www.ranumnet.dk/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Teknik/NetOnlineStatus
(These images are generated every 30 min. and exported to our Linux based webserver using SCP).
I then upgraded to version 2.0B6 when released with the result that the dude client on the Windows Box rejects to start.
First I was asked if I would like to reset my configuration. Of cause not, but… When trying to start ver. 2.0B6 client I am asked: “Do you want to upgrade to version v2.0beta4”.
Answering “No” resulted in program Halt. Answering “Yes” results in “Please wait while updating” and a gauge is counted up, ending with “File download failed” - only possibility: Press Cancel results in Program halt.
No prob I thought, I’ll just downgrade to functioning ver. 2.0B4 and export, reset while upgrading and import my backup - But unfortunately no previous versions are available anywhere - and I did not save the downloaded 2.0B4 setup file.
The server is running sweetly though, serving images every 30 minutes…
Now I did not have much time to mess around and thought that this would be fixed in next release - I just upgraded to. ver. 2.0B8 with excactly same result.
Server is still producing “live” images eventhough it is out of my control

Please fix this? Which files should I send for debugging - and where to?

Please leave previous versions - also of the Beta’s so we are not “lost” while trying to help to perfect this fantastic tool… I really miss ver. 2.0B4 so I may progress in building our network…
