Dude v3, beta 6 - Maybe just a quirk??

I have a Cisco LAN. All Cisco 2924 switches (12), 3620 routers (2), and a whole lot of users.

Interestingly, the inside router splits our LAN into three completely separate LANs; 192.168.1.0/24, 192.168.10.0/24, and 192.168.30.0/24

Each LAN enters the 3620 on a separate FastEthernet port. After Dude runs for about an hour, I start getting double links between two of the directly connected switches. A little while later, it happens to another pair of directly connected switches, not always on the same LAN.

Really odd. This keeps happening, and if I clear the map, and restart the Discover process, all is well for the first hour. Then…

Is this a known issue? I could not find anything like this…

Arcadia.

Can you show us a picture of this?
This is obviously a problem in discovery that it cannot match existing
elements on map with ones that are being discovered.
When discovering for first time do not check the box ‘Add to autodiscovery’
then dude will not rediscover the network periodically. Or go to network maps
settings and remove those networks from ‘Auto scan’.

Funy you should ask that. I did keep pictures. How do I get them to you?
