Installed TheDude 7.15.3 server (my Cube 60Pro ac building bridge is on that version currently) and enabled it.
By accident, I installed version 7.16 of the client. It starts up, displays “Downloading Updates” and then immediately closes.
Maybe an “Incompatible version” message would be helpful?

You need to run it administrator on windows - at least to upgrade/downgrade - since it wants to update it’s EXE, a normal user cannot do that.
(If using Wine on Linux/Mac, the update should work with latest -devel since wine doesn’t enforce replacing an EXE)
