Hello

Since most wireless is half duplex, should I set my whole network to half duplex?


so
Ap1 wlan1 ------ Ap2 wlan1-ether1 ---- AP3 ether1 -wlan1

should I set half duplex between the ether so it matchs wireless?

No, there is no advantage in forcing your ethernet to half-duplex.
