Why am I seeing the same route multiple times? It’s dynamic so it’s coming from somewhere.
The CLI does not see these extra routes, I don’t know if it’s because they’re not actually in the routing table or not…or something else?

F5 to refresh.
Also you should be looking /routing/route list not /ip/route
F5 doesn’t seem to do anything at all from what I can tell. This is Winbox launcher 3.43 on ROS 7.20.2.
Under /routing route it looks like the erroneous subnets are n - BGP-NET; B - BLACKHOLE
Neither of the 3 peers (1 ebgp, 2ibgp) are advertising these routes. The router in the screenshot and in question is announcing these routes. Can I do something to not have these duplicates show up?
That seems like a feature (or bug) in 7.20.x:
Good call, thanks!
This behavior was added in 7.20.x and is expected to be fixed/released in 7.21
