DVR not listed

I am installing a Digital Video Recorder (DVR) to my house for security purpose.
When I run “Angry IP Scanner” the DVR is listed and assigned to an IP address.
When I bring up the MikroTIk Router, look at “IP - DHCP Server - Leases” I do NOT see the IP address listed from Angry IP Scanner.
When I under “IP - ARP” the IP address is listed.

Is this normal or do I have a setting either in the router or the DVR set wrong?

Please provide comments and suggestions so I can get the DVR configured properly.

Does your DVR use DHCP to configure interface or you have configured it with static values ?
If you use static IP then DVR responses to IP scanner and Mikrotik shows it in ARP table as it learned it from traffic.

I was under the impression it was BEST to have the DVR set up as a Static IP within the DVR.

Is this not correct?
By the way, the cameras will be wired and NOT Wifi.
