Hello,
I have a question. Have you stopped producing RBDynaDishG-5HacD?
If so, can you tell me why? And will there be a replacement?
Thank you.

also QRT5 ac.
weird.
we still have both in use and 1 spare for each…
Dear mikrotik, thanks for the dynadish. We used this for many deployments and it’s a solid product my clients and installers like to use. I’m eagerly awaiting a possible replacement that will have WiFi6 or 7 with higher modulation rates. Seems like what most other manufacturers are doing is the mimo8 access point and mimo2 clients with ax. With your help, if we can roll out frequency efficient solutions with high modulation rates we can meet many demands with our networks without trenching. We are also putting fiber into he ground as well. So if you have a GPon solution at 10-50 gig please release it! Otherwise we will need to buy from the other guys.
Please do keep developing your outdoor ax product line with ideally gps sync and tdd or fdd so we can keep building friendly wireless networks and passing on the savings in hardware from mikrotik to our clients. The cost certainly does let smaller companies enter the market with reasonable fees for installation.
I’ve used many other platforms over the years but I really prefer the mikrotik interface for management.
I’m hopeful that you will roll out an ax dynadish, I think I said this already, but I’m that excited. For now I’m going to start buying the netmetal ax to start using to replace small site point to points. Typically we use nv2 but I haven’t yet seen how ax Will work without the polling mechanism to divvy up the medium with multiple users. So far I was easily able to pull 600-800mbit on the bench between ax mimo2 devices.
New devices do not have any form of personalized drivers “nv2” that make better than others the mikrotik products, like on the past.
Where is 4096QAM, licensed use, GPS, tdma protocol, 60GHz @ 8km, etc., on mikrotik products???
Is why I stop using wireless MikroTik products for PTP or new AP for CPEs.
Too much old and less competitive respect the other available on the market.
I’m just force to use obsolete mikrotik wifi system because if I change, I must change also all the CPEs.
I just use another AP on same site, of another band, and when mikrotik CPE is broken for some reason, I use competitor CPE with the new AP.
Also, I do not have any longer any PTP done with mikrotik hardware.
As written before, other suppliers for the same bandwidth, frequency and transmission power are much more efficient.
Whatever happens, the devices that make the distribution network work (no any wireless device), and that within the customer, are only MikroTik devices…
Software from other brands su*k, but the wireless hardware work better…
