Hi,
We have two buildings about 300 feet apart that are tied together from an Internet provider. We have decided to switch Internet providers and connect the buildings with DynaDisk5 wireless. The devices are already installed on the roofs and can see each other but we want to what is the best and simplest way to set them up. The server/DHCP/Internet will be on one side and the other side needs to be able to see all of those. The DynaDisks will only need to wirelessly connect to each other and all other traffic across them will be from their Ethernet connections to the network or either side. We also will have wireless access points on both sides but that is not associated with this question.
Is PTP better and more secure? Which is better to transmit DHCP across? Is it better to use 2.4G or 5G? How will we tell the DynaDish to transfer DHCP to the other side.
Thanks for all you help.
