I have a dynamic IP from DHCP and I also want to use the DNS servers that my ISP provides. How do I specify that I want to use the dynamic DNS serves as ISP? Today, I use 8.8.8.8, should I enter the addresses are in the fields for the “Dynamic Server”? But I guess they’re not dynamic anymore then?

If your ISP changed DHCP settings you can not enter other DNS in Dynamic Server field. You can avoid it using use-peer-dns=no in dhcp-client so you can add static entries.
As far i know MikroTik would prefer dynamic over static entries in DNS settings.
If you want to use only what ISP provides, then don’t enter anything else (= delete your current 8.8.x.x).
