Dynamic Isp dhcp address

Hi all as per the topic my isp gives my hapax3 a dymanic IP I don’t know the time frame but it seems to keep the old IP until I login and release the IP
is there a way to make the hapax3 release or refresh the IP from my provider with out me doing it??
as I can tell when it needs to be done the internet goes slow and laggy

So my question is if or does the hapax3 release and refresh the DHCP ipp from my isp buy it self or can I make it do it or is there a script I can have running to do so???
so I don’t have to do it manually

This process should be automatic. Do you use a PPPoE connection, or is it standard DHCP?
Where is the RB connected to (and how)?
Are there any requirements from the ISP in regards to running your own router?
What ISP do you have?

hay it is dhcp from a HFC connection here in Australia from a NTD to my router on ether1 port
