Is it possible to make queue tree CIR/MIR to be proportionally equal to tx rate of a wireless interface which is shown in a registration table? For example I would like CIR to be 10% and MIR to be 20% of tx rate wlan1 interface. So if tx rate changes then CIR/MIR must be changed accordingly and automatically.
