i want to ask,
i am using MT 2.9 , how can i configure the MT to make a dynamic upload/download speed ?
say so, download speed is vary about 1KB to 9KB it will change the speed between 1 to 9 in 2-3 second, like, 1st second is 2KB then 3rd second 5KB, then 7th second 10KB, then 10th second 7KB, it will change every 3 second in random speed.
and also bout the upload speed. it will change 3 seconds in random speed from 1KB to 4KB.

could you please explain why you need speed changes like this? 
hhhmmm, just say at this case like this…
i make a cheap hotspot for users, make 8Kbps up to 128Kbps, speed is vary… (bit per second)
when a user at speed 100kbps, another user may be vary speed between 10 and 100. and when the 1st user speed change (slow down) at 50kbps, another user can get the 100kbps… so the bandwitdh capacity will get even to every user.
i don’t want a static speed, say, 64kbps, cause if it get full slot of bandwidth capacity, it will difficult to another user to get 64kbps.
but, if i make the speed change randomly in 2-3 second, every user will get from the lowest to fastest speed (8-128)…
i try to using burst speed, min speed and max speed at queue, but it not working well as i want. may be, i consider it at script function… just a guess…
