Dynamically change active user to different queue?

Hi,
is there a way to change one active user from one user profile limitation to a different profile limitation without kicking the user out of the logged in session?

the idea is to have the user get all the band speed, and check if the user have downloaded a certain volume of bits per hour. if the limit was reached, set the user to a different user profile limitation up until he/she logs off and logs in again to get the full band.

Use Radius to accomplish this:

With a Interim-Update and a Change of Authorization message.
