There’s a way to make E1 over IP in RouterOS?
Something like RAD.

Any solutions?

If this does enter RouterOS, make sure it’s reliable over wireless interfaces. That’s a big issue with most TDMoIP solutions.

We’ve had good luck with using IPTube’s to do this before they reach the mikrotik. Doubt mikrotik itself will support the functions an IPTube does though.
